Make a simple wallet - Leatherwork for beginners

A friend of mine owned this style of wallet (1,2). There's no stitching or gluing required to make the wallet, so it was simple enough to attempt as my first leatherwork project. Years later, I still use it and would recommend others try making one themselves rather than buying one.

I built one of those live train station signs

If you live near a train station and regularly use the service, this project could improve your daily routine. Instead of constantly refreshing the unappealing National Rail app to see inevitable last-minute delays, you can just glance at a comforting screen showing the same information in a much more convenient way.

Staircase clothes drying rack designed for small apartments

With limited floor space in my small one bedroom apartment, it can be frustrating to find a place to dry my clothes. I solved this problem by designing and building a custom drying rack.

The rack is designed to utilise the space above the stairs in my apartment. It uses a pulley system to raise and lower the rack, allowing me to easily load it with clothes. I've found that clothes dry within a day, even during the winter, when using this rack.
